Jane Bishkin does not uphold the rule of law. She does not appreciate or respect others basic rights. She can not hear or respond to the word “No” appropriately. She does not report abusive conduct, instead she chooses to participate in it and turn a blind eye to those who are being abused. She has been abusing her own neice for the past 38 years.

Your presser today was nothing but a feeble attempt to vindicate Casebolt. Although you mentioned two suicide incidents in which Casebolt was involved, you failed to mention the 2008 lawsuit in which Casebolt exercised behavior that was unethical, racist, and heinous. You implied Casebolt had a "bad" day and was apologetic. Havinng ten years on the McKinney police force and undergoing what I presume is periodic traing, your client blatantly and willingly escalated a situation which could have had deadly consequences. Essentially your client is in need of psychological counselling. Have your client take responsibility for his actions and stop sugar-coating his motivations and actions.

One incident does not make the man. Serve and protect. How many lives has this man saved??? This does not define him. Our world is getting more and more ignorant, and entitlement is earned .....not a right. Thank you for your service and understand some know what officers go through daily. I hope the negativity does not outweigh you because many here are proud of our officers. Try seeing a suicide first hand or a woman being thrusted off a bridge with her body inside out.......then complain that stress doesnt affect us.

I am a retired Police Officer. I just want to make one comment. Officer Casebolt is a text book candidate for a PTSD disability pension. After responding to two suicides, one of which took place in his presence, he arrives at a mob scene unaware of the circumstances that brought him there. Just a thought, looking out for a brother police officer. Tim Toine
