This lawyer pocketed $10,000 from a $25,000 check my other half sent him and did not apply it to the loan. The original loan was for $55k nearly 10 years ago and $43k ($36k plus interest) is still owed?? It was supposed to be $26k left over. He has sent a payment history but has yet to show what this $10k in "interest and fees" were. He is crooked, Other half pays weekly for an attorney through his work. Sounds like we may have to sue this guy!
