The epitome of a “court appointed attorney”. Him sharing that he worked with the prior DA before becoming a defense attorney should have triggered me to seek counsel elsewhere. Especially discovering the prior cases they had been involved in with relation to stalking. I would not recommend the services provided at this location.

My case wasn’t dismissed but a lot better outcome than I expected. Tim is a really great lawyer took his time and explained everything.

My daughter went to court on 6-23-2023, she was facing 21 theft charges all misdemeanors, and 1 Felony charge of controlled substances. He was able to get all the charges dismissed leaving only one of the theft charges. She had already had enough time served to cover the time for that charge. I was very impressed with him getting that many charges dismissed. I would refer anyone to Tim Choy. One more thing he wasn't hired he was a court-appointed attorney, he took on the cases as if he was hired.
