If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible cpa tax prep service! I contacted John and sent over all my paperwork in preparation for filing tax. At first things seemed to be doing well then all of a sudden he completely stops answering calls and I cannot get a hold of him. I called everyday for a week. He wouldn't pick up. At this point I don't know if he filed anything and the deadline is approaching. He calls me April 24th as if everything is fine saying he was working on something that we never even talked about. This is 2 months later! Tax deadline is 4/15! I started my taxes with him in February! Luckily I found another CPA and they filed my taxes before 4/15. This guy is very unprofessional. DO NOT USE HIM FOR YOUR TAXES!
