We hired Mack & Associates to help us with a will. Instead of starting with a conversation about what our goals are or giving any guidance, they sent us a form that they'd use to create our will.We could have used an online tool if that's how we wanted to create our will. Attorney was also late to our first meeting, called us from his car, and rushed through the conversation without giving us any time to ask questions. He completely missed the second (and final) meeting

John Kerns really fights solely for you. He is very professional and responsive. I am pleased with my outcome after attending courtdates for a year. I reccomend John Kerns for any legal cases you require an attorney.

Horrible representation. Did not make any effort after taking our money at initial hiring. He received contact from prosecutor declining our offer, but didn't tell us. So we weren't aware of communication and could have avoided future issues if we had been. Turns out he was somehow reprimanded by state board based on our complaint. DO NOT USE HIM
