Law Office of Johnny Phillips PC

Reviews

Attorney Johnny Phillips and his staff provided legal advice and guidance during my difficult situation. Attorney Phillips and his staff was experienced, responsive, knowledgeable and honest throughout the process. Attorney Phillips was the only attorney after I searched and searched for an attorney for a year and a half to accept my case. There was only one month left before the statue on my case would be valid and he filed my lawsuit within that month. His office was very empathetic. His office settled my case and I was very satified. I would definitely recommend Attorney Phillips practice. I am super satified with the results. I also would like to thank "Sam" he was always professional whenever I called the office. He was eager to help and would make sure my questions were answered. I would not hesitate to seek representation from Attorney Johnny Phillips office.
Lawyer with great reputation for Personal Injury matters. Listen to his radio commercials on La Raza 107.1 or 102.3 FM. His office is located in Newnan and Midtown Atlanta. Very personable and astute. Will get you the results you want. Mr. Phillips was recently spotted at the renowned “La Raza Fest” in Gwinnett County Mall. He was very approachable and personable, mixing in with the crowd and getting on stage to explain why his office is the one to go to for Personal Injury accidents and lawsuits. Very solid man and professional.
PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING (CURRENT CLIENT) I hired this firm after an in office consultion with Johnny October 2017. After our (Johnny & I) initial meeting, I felt Johnny was a knowledgeable attorney who would fight to recover everything I deserved from both cases (2016 & 2017 MVA) bc neither was my fault. I did not read any reviews regarding this law firm, which, is my honest reasoning for writing a review 2 1/2- 3 years later. As of today, my cases have went through (3) attorneys (Johnny, Jason and Adam). Backstory: August 2019, I spoke w/ Jason regarding my 2016 case, only to learn two years into my case, this firm still did not have all of my medical bills. Treatment had been completed for 3 yrs. My deposition was March 2019 & we were discussing the settlement phase, but unknown to me, without my complete bills. What a let down after talking to my case managers & other office staff, nobody caught this mistake but I'm grateful I did. Being that my 2016 case lacked an estimated $13k+ of medical bills, I declined the initial settlement offer. Jason seemingly understood & told me that those bills would be submitted immediately & to expect his follow-up within the following week. Around September 2019, I received a letter stating that the firm would be dropping me for lack of cooperation since I declined the offer. Again, I attempted contact with Johnny (only able to speak with his assistant) & Jason (only able to speak with his assistant), to understand what was going on with my cases and why the letter of dismissal. Johnny's assistant stated that the letter was sent accidentally so there would be no dismissal of my cases. From August - current, Jason never contacted me, as he is no longer with the company yet, nobody thought this was pertinent information. However, after contacting the firm for 6 months consistently, leaving messages with Jason & Johnny's assistants (still never being told Jason was no longer my atty), I spoke with Donna February 2020. Donna advised that my cases had been reassigned to another attorney Adam. Donna apologized and assured me that I would hear from Johnny or Adam soon. February 19, 2020, I receive a conference call from Johnny & Adam. This conference call was no longer about my 2016 case (that was in settlement proceedings since August 2019), but about fast forwarding to my 2017 case, which apparently is the biggest payout. The facts are leading me to believe that this firms disregard of my 2016 case is about the firms best interests NOT the Client & I am also wondering if the firm is working against me to satisfy the insurance company responsible for my 2016 MVA. My final conversation with Adam on 2/19/2020 was that he would personally contact me as soon as he heard anything about my 2017 settlement. 3/6/2020, Sam (receptionist) follows up with me & not Adam (atty). Adam failed to follow through as he stated. Today, I have decided to give my truthful review bc I do NOT want another individual to endure this. My experience has been filled with disappointments. There has been an extreme lack of communication over the yrs, numerous changes in attorneys & staffing, & contact with random staff who are unable to answer most questions, attorney's failing to follow-up as discussed. Anyone reading this, please understand that this firm has provided more setbacks than solutions. Having good conscience, I will NOT REFER ANYONE TO THIS FIRM! To add insult, the firm is now stating that it would be 60- 90 days before my payment is released. This firm has yet to prove that I matter. The reviews are minimally consistent with my 2 1/2 years of history. I have been lost from beginning to end about my cases. Please keep track of your records and do not solely depend on this firm, if hired. This review was necessary! No client should be left to feel as I do & have through the years. My trust was placed unknowingly, into the Law Office of Johnny Phillips & Johnny as my original attorney. Please be mindful before choosing this firm! I promise an update at the end of my cases!
Y'all were great I give y'all 25 thumb up
