I needed an eviction filed. I called Julio P, told him my case, and mailed him the money. He cashed the check and did not do anything. THe way I found out he did not do anything is I spoke to him over a week after he had taken my money and cashed my check. He told me that he does not do evictions in broward county, only Miami dade county. So, lost over a week time farting around with him, which took longer to get tenant out. Lawyer made no attempt at amends or offered help, short of an apology. think twice before you hire someone with so little attention to detail.
