I called to set up an appointment, which I got a confirmation and all, the lawyer was supposed to call me but she NEVER did. Every time I call I get referred to someone else, I feel like calling a big corporation or something. Either they have to many clients, many more than they can handle, or they just don't care. Find professionals that really knows how to manage the people that work for them, that at least will show they will be able to manage your situation.
