Asked repeatedly for temporary custody agreement, was told to wait and be patient, then when he got stone walled by the other parties attorney he quit. Itemized invoices are written in office short hand, so if you want to figure out where your money is going you'll have to hound him. Constantly asked for documents that were already submitted, and will have you do all of the leg work. It seems that the best way to contact him or to get communication is to wait for an invoice to come in, when the retainer needed to be replenished emails were sent immediately. When you need answers to simple questions or action on his part, hes busy "at court". If you value your children, do not go to this man for your divorce or custody.

Ken recently represented my in a matter involving child custody. Throughout the process, although I was distraught, he was super patient with me. It was obvious that he had everyone's best interest in mind, what was good for our fractured family as a whole. He is polite and professional. When my access to my child was being threatened altogether, he not only got me joint custody, but more custody time than what I could have gotten through the court system.
