Very unprepared, late to every trial. On day of trial he did not have a questions prepared for witnesses and he made us create them during lunch. Then he only called one witness and asked such ridiculous questions the other lawyer was laughing at us. We did all the work, put together all the books and documents, and worked with the opposing lawyer.. We totally lost a case that even the police, a private detective and other lawyers could not believe we lost. He cussed at me after the trial when asked why he refused to call the witnesses. The other lawyers stood with their mouths open and commented on how unprofessional he was privately.

This attorney was hired by my ex husband. Twice he filed papers in court reflecting agreements I DID not make, and lied to the magistrate about emails I sent. I will be filing a complaint. This man is unethical and should not be interfering with very serious child custody matters. Shocking lack of ethics.

I would recommend saving your money for more important expenses, like food and rent. In the end, the judge doesn't care who your lawyer is.
