i strongly recommend not to use him he is very unprofesional and dishonest, i bidded on a house which he was representing the seller When i couldn't qualify for loan and got denial letter from wellsfargo He denied to give me back my downpayment and stopped communicating with my lawyer. My down payment was big money my family and i been thru hell a lot of stress because of his act for a long time. after few months i took a ride to his office to remind him to answer my lawyer his secertary was very nice lady and assured me that he will reply to my lawyer in next few days. He demanded to keep $1500 out of $7500 otherwise he will not give my money back [ unbelieveable] finally i agree to pay him as per my lawyer's advice and finally got some money back.i am very upset till today about what he did to me and my family
