Given the price tag of this business I would expect a certain level of professionalism that was lacking to say the least. I was the seller in a transaction where my attorney charged $500 for a correct amount of service. This office represented the buyers in the transaction. An appointment was made at the registry of deeds that was not kept. No phone call or alert that the place had changed. Turns out after my realtor called the office, they were too lazy to come to the closing and wanted us to come to their office. Not a problem if that was conveyed in the first place. I was then charged a series of fees from the buyer's side of the transaction. When I confronted them about these fees they directed me back to my attorney. If you charge me money for a service rendered I have every right to talk to you directly about the cost that I have incurred. I would never recommend this office to a buyer or seller. I gave them 2 stars because I was able to close this morning and they are not completely incompetent but definitely not a first rate establishment.
I've had seveal closing with this company in the past year, both on the buying and selling side, and have had nothing but excellent service. Several of these were not your typical arms-length closings as buying probated real estate can be tricky when dealing with several heirs. This team pulled it all together without any trouble for me at all. Highly recommendable service from my experience.
Offered me an experienced second opinion for my title defect issues. Attorney was a great communicator. Office was compassionate and helpful.
Great service. No nonsense!
