I had an excellent experience and outcome with Lori Beck representing me as a Criminal Defense Attorney. She fought aggressively and justice was served. I received a fair outcome and would not have been able to accomplish that without her. During the whole process, I was in communication with a Paralegal by the name of Angie Diaz. I used Kevin Flesch for 2 cases. One was a dismissal and the other was a discharge from 10 years of probation. Mr. Flesch was excellent in court with the way that he handled the judges. I'll have to get back to you as the jury is still out. My opinion doesn't matter anyway, they're only a public defender and I'm still not convinced they represent me. Loyalty always goes to the party putting food on the table and the judge is purely convinced them that, their employer has done everything by the book. Personally, I wouldn't have hired them on a good day, let alone what could be my last, as I previously knew it. Incidentally, it's a due process issue, their employer hired Hall & Evans, Mark Ratner, Esq. in September. You should get a load of the competition. This post is protected speech under the First Amendment. People are getting sued over reviews now, can't be too careful, the reviewed might know a judge somewhere, one never knows. I'll revise this review, if and when evidence arises to warrant that effort. Please stand by.
