Thank you so much to The Irving Law Firm & most importantly to Fernando Villarroel , God literally sent him my way when i was at desperate need of help for my brother. He kept it real from beginning didn’t sugarcoat anything and made sure I knew all my cards on the table as well as keeping my brother informed. He also kept a great communication throughout his whole case making sure we were both updated asap & felt comfortable at all times. Good luck to you guys in your future, I hope you guys continue to grow :)

I cannot express how grateful I am to have had Rebecca Thacher from The Irving Law Firm as my family law attorney during a uniquely challenging and difficult time. From our first consultation, she demonstrated a deep understanding of the law and a genuine compassion not only for my situation, but for me and my daughter personally. Rebecca expertly guided me through the complexities of the case we had to file, ensuring I fully understood each step of the process. Her attention to detail and thorough preparation made me feel confident and supported. She was always available to answer my questions and provide reassurance, which made a world of difference during a stressful period. What truly sets Rebecca apart is her dedication to her clients. She fought tirelessly on my daughter's behalf, and her strategic approach led to a favorable outcome that truly exceeded my expectations. My daughter and I felt valued and respected throughout the entire process, and I can’t thank Rebecca enough for her hard work and professionalism. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate family law attorney who will truly advocate for you, I wholeheartedly recommend Rebecca Thacher. She is an outstanding legal professional and a wonderful ally in navigating difficult legal matters. Thank you, Rebecca!

Ms. Rachel and her team did an exceptional job. With me being stationed overseas and my now ex-husband being in the US, they were still able to give me the time and attention that my case needed. Highly recommend when looking for a divorce lawyer!

Rebecca and staff were wonderful handling my case. They seemed mindful of the billed time and I didn’t feel any was excessive. Her attention to detail brought me additional arrearages which a former attorney didn’t notice or enforce on prior filings. I’d definitely hire again if needed.

I am writing this review to express my concerns regarding Ms. Moorehouse’s handling of my husband’s case as the appointed GAL. She was assigned after the initial GAL became unresponsive, yet her approach to the case raised serious concerns about fairness and thoroughness. Unlike the multiple in-person visits she conducted at the mother’s residence, Ms. Moorehouse never physically visited our home. We lived only 30 Minutes from mom in Maryland. Instead, she conducted a video visit, which did not allow her to properly assess the children’s living environment, their rooms, or family interactions. Despite this, she still formed conclusions about our household. Additionally, even after the oldest child expressed a desire to live with his father and following his medical diagnosis, Ms. Moorehouse—who is not a medical professional—stated in her report that the child “did not appear to have autism” and instead described him as “quirky like mom.” It’s worth noting that the mother also exhibits characteristics consistent with Autism. Further, Ms. Moorehouse placed significant weight on the fact that the mother’s new residence—where she had only lived for two months—was in a “better county.” However, at trial, my husband rightfully pointed out that location is irrelevant if the mother does not advocate for the necessary services. To date, only my husband has taken action to ensure the child receives proper care, while the mother has not. Ms. Moorehouse’s report disregarded substantial evidence, including extensive documentation of medical neglect. Instead, her recommendation appeared to be based on the mother’s new zip code and personal biases rather than the best interests of the children. This lack of objectivity and failure to consider crucial evidence raises serious concerns about her role in this case. The Irving Law Firm should carefully reconsider having Ms. Moorehouse serve as a GAL, given the clear inconsistencies and bias demonstrated in this case. I am happy to provide copies of both her report and the supporting evidence upon request
