A good listener, an advocate, a excellent lawyer. Sadly, these are the things Kyle is not. I am not the perfect person, I got in trouble with the law and I needed help so I hired Kyle. Time passed and in between waiting for the actual court date, I asked Kyle a key question that would decide my fate to this day. I approached Kyle with question about our plea, I asked him if he has a contingency if the plan he has in mind doesn’t work. He lectured me saying I shouldn’t tell him how to do his job. Later on, the judge subverted our plea and did exactly what I feared and Kyle was not prepared. He gave me the felony sentencing with ignoring the plea Kyle had set up. The very plea I asked him about having a contingency for. $4000 down the drain for this poor excuse for a lawyer and a charge that will stay on my record for a lifetime. Throughout the whole case it felt like Kyle was not a person who cared about me but rather a person who treated me like another turn and burn client. Do yourself a favor and get a different lawyer.

Going through a divorce is super stressful so having someone like Kyle as my lawyer made things much easier. Kyle is very professional and always made himself available to answer all of my questions. He was also very easy going about changing things last minute on my divorce papers and was very patient with me while doing it. Kyle was also able to speed up the process of my divorce since he has a good relationship with the courthouse. I would definitely recommend Kyle to anyone looking for a lawyer that knows what he is doing and also a lawyer that has a good energy and makes the process more positive and easy. Thank you Kyle!

Kyle handled my brothers case, my brother is not the sharpest tool in the shed and my mother is overbearing. He answered all of their questions and mine with patience and ease. I’m not going to lie at first I was worried, I am used to loud aggressive cocky lawyers. Kyle is not that. He is reserved, calm, quiet. However he is a bulldog in the court room. He knows his stuff! My brothers was already on a felony probation and not allowed to get in any sort of trouble, he was able to get his case dismissed! He was strong, smart, and well versed in the courtroom.
