Lilian was recommended to me by a family friend. I have been a citizen of USA for over 15 years. I hired her and paid the retainer fee to bring my father from Republic of Georgia to the USA. We ran into an issue where I didn't have all the paperwork she needed to file his case. No hurt feelings there. I recommended her to a friend, I helped him pay the $6,500 she asked for. She dragged his case for over 11 months. After multiple reminders over months leading up to his work permit expiring in April, Lilian tells us his case needs some work. Why weren't we told of all the paperwork needed after the consultation? Now he needed to get a new lawyer, has no work permit, can't work and Lilian refuses to refund him any money, even though there was nothing filed for his case at all. Immigration is a serious matter and affects the individual and the families surrounding the individual. There are no ethics or care for the human being, she took the money and all we are told is "you signed the agreement". We trusted you as a our lawyer and you have failed us.
