Regarding Linda Hem and her Assistants. I started the immigration process for my husband in 2017, I paid all of the attorney fees on time, went above and beyond the instructions that were given to us. I had to call or email the assistants for updates every time, communication is horrible. In September of 2019 I was told that his waiver had been sent for the second time. It is now October of 2020 and till this day I can not get a clear response from this office as to were they are at in regards to our case. I had to call immigration myself to find out they never sent anything. Please take my advise and DO NOT pay this attorney or any other attorney ahead of time, and look for options before going to the first attorney you find. My experience here was a waist of OUR SAVINGS and our time. I lost $5,000.00 that I will never get back, + what ever another attorney charges to continue with our process. Do not fall for her kind words, and her sweet voice, she is a scammer DO NOT trust her. I recommend you have proof of everything that has to do with communication, record your calls, communicate as much as you can via email. If you are not getting a response from Linda Hem or her paralegals I suggest you report her to the State Bar of Texas, she will call you than!
