Brian Chiozza was recommended to me when I was searching for a lawyer. After telling the details, he immediately agreed to take my case. He gave me what I needed to do, and he handled the rest. My case was dismissed. I highly recommend them.

I found this law firm less than helpful. I don’t feel the settlement offered was any better by using them. Save your money and defend yourself or get another firm. I submitted tons of documentation and did a deposition, they did nothing to advocate, counter or helped my case, simply allowed me to do the paper work for which was to suppose prove my loses etc . I lost wages as a result of an accident & used their recommended health care provider, though it was not beneficial and I still have related issues. The other driver admitted she was at fault. They advertise less fees than others firms but still end up charging them in random fees such as documents etc . I would not recommend unless you don’t really have a case & just want money and are comfortable with the first thing offered.

Chiozza Law firm was professional, respectful and easy to work with. They got me quick and desired results in a very timely manner. I have used their services on multiple occasions and would recommend the Chiozza Law Firm to any one in need of legal representation. Awesome work.

WhenI used the Chiozza Law Firm they had Excellent customer service. The staff Communicated with me as I was waiting for my case to settle and I got a great settlement check. It was way more than I expected. I highly recommend this office!

I wish there was a negative star. This law firm is not professional, only calls is the ones I have made to them. I do not recommended this law firm to anyone. And it was a lot of pain with this accident that I'm still dealing with to this day more then 2 year later
