After receiving a Citation I reached out to The McDaniel Law firm and The entire process Start to finish was made extremely easy as Mr. Jake Weatherford was very accommodating in answering all of my questions and concerns. He made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. After the initial conversation I didn't have to do anything but wait for the results as he went to court to represent me and updated me as progress was made. Citation was dismissed without court costs.

I spoke with attorney Jake Weatherford and it was by far the worse experience I’ve had with a lawyer. I felt like he talked to me like I was stupid and didn’t take me nor my situation serious. & it’s crazy because I called this firm due to their great ratings. I cannot speak for the other lawyers that work for this firm because I haven’t talk to them. But, if I were you, steer clear of Jake. You may have a better experience then me. I talked to many different lawyers from other firms and nobody, I mean NOBODY, made me feel like a straight up idiot like Jake did. I felt like he was against me strangely. How you go to law school but “didn’t understand” my report? I’m not some illiterate fool who can’t communicate effectively. If you call this firm and they assign you to Jake, just hang up.

I would highly recommend Mark and his firm to anyone in need. Since hiring Mark he has shown that he truly cares for his clients in need, he will give excellent sound legal advice and defend your position tooth and nail. Working with Mark he has proven he will not take the easy road for a quick resolution and will get you the best end result. There has not been on instance where I had felt Mark was not on my side. I will more than certain refer him and his team to anyone in need.
