Unprofessional, rude, lacks patience, lacks customer service and is not thorough. Unwilling to answer your questions or explain with clarity and will rush you out the door. The 1 star reviews you see here and on yelp are similar to what I've experienced in this office. She helped submit paperwork for our home, did it wrong and I was audited. Went back to her to rectify and seek clarity. She insisted she did it correctly, wouldn't help me with any next steps and charged me for her time. Also told me that she will charge more if I had additional questions. Had to seek advice from another attorney. SMH.

We were wronged. We were on hold for 40 minutes out of pure spite and once they picked up, they proceeded to ask us about details which they could have done before the 40 minutes instead of wasting our time. She then continued to be rude throughout the whole interaction and we would never recommend this law office. I'm not sure who gave her her license but they should have it revoked.

On a scale of 1-5 Friendliness: 5 Always greets you with a smile. I've been her client for four years, and it's all been smooth sailing. Helpfulness: 5 All I have to do is sign. If I have questions, she'll answer them. If she thinks that there's something I should know, she tells me. How much better can it get? One thing I like most about her: when she did my first case for me, she remembered who I was when I called her after our first meeting. I see it get pretty busy in there sometimes, so I'm impressed that she made an effort to put a name to a face. Knowledge: 5 She's licensed in a few states. Not sure which ones, but at least New York and New Jersey. She specializes in Matrimony, Real Estate, Immigration, Bankruptcy, Restaurant beer/liquor licenses, etc. Speed: 5 She calls me promptly after receiving news regarding my cases. She's also extremely flexible with her time. I've been there on weekends on numerous occasions. Overall, a great place to do business! I highly recommend coming here.

Called to inquire about my funds that were supposed to be held in a trust account. Improperly released my funds and didn't explain why and hung up on me. Called a second time - told me my funds I entrusted her with were confiscated and given to a seller on a purchase that never happened.

I had a great experience here. I had to get a pretty quick divorce, and got what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and seemed to have been working in this district for quite some time.
