A very unprofessional, rude (seemingly unhappy) man suffering hugely from little man syndrome. He turned an otherwise friendly, easy sale to friends into a nightmare. He lacked sorely in communication (refused to respond to ALL emails and when he called, he literally yelled at me during both conversations, so loud that my family stood around me with mouths open in surprise while I repeatedly asked him to stop yelling). To top it off, in order to close, last minute he advised me of his $250 fee to send two checks/pay-offs. Over double the amount a respectable title company charges in this area. I never would choose this seedy man.
