I was looking for a divorce attorney in May 2018. I was referred to Matt Kappel by my supervisor after speaking with two other attorneys. I was immediately impressed with him on my first visit. During the two years that he has counselled me, I found him to be very knowledgeable, very reliable, personable and will go above and beyond to represent his client. It is also a plus that he is bilingual. My divorce was final about 2 weeks ago. A divorce is a scary time for anyone but I could always depend on Matt. When I left messages for him at his office, he promptly returned the call. Sometimes it was after his office hours that he called, but he made it a point to call back. Matt's integrity was never a question. He was always truthful in notifying me of what needed to be done and kept me abreast of what may happen. He made a scary time for me easier. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a good attorney. I am very thankful for his counsel.

Mr. Kappel became my divorce lawyer in 2008. He is very straight forward with your case. Will tell you how he feels it could go but ultimately (in my case) judge has final say. I was a single mom of one with one on the way. He took me on knowing he wouldn’t be making any money from me. He never treated my case any different then his others. Even after my divorce became final he helped me figure out things that came up unexpectedly from it. He is a dedicated person to his job! You couldn’t go wrong hiring him to be your lawyer!
