No compassion. Unprofessional. His secretary scheduled us for a week out. My mom has stage 4 cancer. 2 days before the appointment I called to talk to him about it and he said it sounded too complicated and he was too busy so we should go somewhere else. He said that when there is a second marriage, it's too complicated. If the secretary had just told us that he wasn't taking new clients we could have used that time to make an appointment with someone else. Now we have to start over and my mom doesn't exactly have time for this. Very disappointed.
