Reviews

I don’t usually write reviews but this time I felt the need to share my experience with others that are going through a similar situation and hope it will encourage you to make the right decision in who you choose to represent you legally. I hired Matt the end of last year to represent me in a legal matter due to a fraud dealership and I must say from the first moment I met him I knew I made the right decision in choosing him to represent me. He kept me updated every step of the way, made sure to break everything down to my understanding. Not to mention from the very beginning he was honest and giving me truthful scenarios that could happen both positive and negative. I trusted his knowledge and went with it and I was relieved that all my patience paid off when I received a check for the money invested and plus. He is definitely your go to guy!! Thanks Matt!!

Spoke to Mr. Matthew today about a possible case that I may have dealing with dealer fraud. Although Mr. Matthew was not able to take my case he gave me some valuable information that I can use in order to get a resolution to my problem. Mr. Matthew took the time to research a bit of what I was dealing with and set my mind at ease as to the results, I should be expecting. I want to say THANK YOU Mr. Matthew because without your added info I would not have the mindset of a Victory headed my way. Peace be with you always and thanks again!! ????

I purchased a vehicle from a fraud dealership in Garland, Texas. I paid a down payment and financed the rest with a bank. One day the bank notified me that they were no longer the lien holder and made the fraud dealership take back over the note. When I asked the fraud dealership about this, they told me to continue making payments on my note but to send the payments to the them (and not the bank). Meanwhile it had been 6 months since I purchased the vehicle and I still hadn’t received my title or tags. Something did not seem right. All of a sudden, the fraud dealership closed down and went out of business. I felt lost. I had no idea where or who to pay my note to or how I was going to get my title and the vehicle registered. I was also afraid I was going to lose my down payment and the installments I made on a vehicle which I did not have the title to. I then got calls from some random stranger asking me to sign some different paperwork months after I purchased the vehicle. It was time to find an attorney. I met with Mr. Valeriane to tell him about my situation. He told me my issues were common problems that his clients deal with from shady dealerships. He gave me his plan of action and explained to me what to expect when suing a dealership (this was my first time). Although Mr. Valeriane told me he couldn’t guarantee any results, I left our meeting feeling very comfortable with him as my attorney. I was right. Mr. Valeriane always answered my calls or returned them after a short period of time. But most importantly, he got me a fantastic result. If you are ever needing a fraud dealership attorney, please give Mr. Valeriane a call. I’m so glad I did and will recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you Mr. Valeriane!

I’m a firefighter from Kansas. I originally saw Matt when I was having trouble getting title from a dealership on two vehicles I purchased in Texas. A year later, I discovered that the dealership rolled back the odometers on both vehicles. Matt discovered that the dealership washed the titles of my two vehicles in order to hide the true mileage. Matt was also able to obtain documents from an open records request from the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles which showed hundreds of other vehicle transactions involving the dealership as well as the tampering of odometers of those other vehicles. Thanks to Matt, I was able to get justice against this fraudulent dealership. If you are looking for someone that is going to put the time and effort into your case give this guy a call.

I was a victim of used car dealer title fraud. After almost two years of waiting for the dealer to transfer my title, I approached Matt to discuss my options. Matt listened and developed a game plan for me to get justice against this fraudulent dealer. Turns out my vehicle had a lien that the dealer did not tell me about. Matt not only sued the dealership, but was able to negotiate the lien down substantially in order for the lien holder to release its lien. If anyone needs a title fraud attorney, Matt is your guy. He answered all my questions and made sure I had a clear understanding of the litigation process. I really felt like he cared about my issues and gave me all of his effort to get my title.
