Mr. Rygg was very forthcoming initially in helping my brother with his claim. As he suffered brain injuries it took our family a while to arrange the paperwork and as we lived in Sweden that made things even harder. Nevertheless, a few months later we signed the papers and sent them to the US to have Mr. Rygg represent us. Following this, we heard very little communication. I constantly had to send messages to ask for status and it ended up with us having to send a final email which got a response that Mr Rygg could no longer represent my brother. The whole ordeal cost our family time and money and we wish he had been more up front from the start and more communicative, especially considering our circumstances.
