I recently had the chance to work with Attorney Elizabeth Davies Schindler and her assistant, Danielle Gran, at Grund Law. As a father fighting for custody of my daughter, I was going through one of the hardest times in my life. I was working to become a better man and build a stable home for my family. From the first meeting, I felt supported and understood. Attorney Schindler took time to listen to my story and believed in me. Her knowledge and caring approach made a huge difference. She walked me through the process step by step and made sure I understood everything. Her support gave me the strength and confidence I needed to keep going. Danielle was also a big help. She stayed on top of everything and kept me updated, which allowed me to focus on my daughter. Thanks to them, I now have full custody of my daughter. We are healing and moving forward as a family. I highly recommend Elizabeth, Danielle, and Grund Law. They truly care, and I’ll always be grateful for what they did for us.
I am deeply disappointed with the legal services provided by Attorney Laura M. Presto, Partner at Grund and Leavitt P.C. My experience with her during my child custody case was nothing short of frustrating and financially burdensome. My situation was already dire as my daughter was illegally taken out of the state, leaving me without any contact for a distressing 30 days. In this vulnerable state, I sought Laura's assistance. However, rather than providing the support and guidance I expected, she seemed to take advantage of my situation. I had to personally investigate my daughter's whereabouts using social media, and when I found the evidence, I shared it with Laura. Instead of handling the matter effectively, she had another attorney, whom I did not hire, draft an emergency motion. Shockingly, Laura charged me for this motion, even though she failed to use it in court. Confidentiality was also breached, as information I shared with Laura was somehow known to opposing counsel. This lack of discretion undermined my legal position and trust in her abilities. Throughout the case, I never felt that Laura was on my side. She hesitated to challenge opposing counsel and failed to advocate for my rights effectively. Remarkably, she managed to exhaust my retainer in an astonishingly short period, despite achieving very little. My daughter's absence for over a month without contact was never fully rectified, despite Laura's promise. Charging me her fees for tasks that could easily have been handled by a Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) only added to the financial strain. Ultimately, the Guardian ad Litem resolved the case with a parenting plan, and yet, I find myself owing Laura over $10,000. This amount is ludicrous considering the lackluster representation she provided. Her swift action to garnish my wages only compounds my financial distress. Attempts to negotiate a payment plan or settlement with Laura were met with radio silence. It is with great regret that I leave this negative review, as my decision to hire this attorney has left me in a dire financial predicament. In conclusion, I strongly discourage anyone from seeking legal representation from Attorney Laura M. Presto. Her actions have left me disillusioned and overwhelmed, and I would not wish this experience on anyone.
I have nothing but good things to say about Micki Moran the attorney who helped me and my husband with my son's case. She was the best and took action right away . Me and my husband appreciate Micki's help with our situation. Thank you for reuniting our family together :)
Horrible experience!!! I will never retire because he allowed my sociopath husband to carry on about our case and drive up Marv’s attorney fees!! Makes me sick!!! Also he’s in bed with Ed Burke and an investment club. So so corrupt!!!
