I must say being in my first personal injury accident and having to obtain a lawyer was was a bit scary but the law office of Michael carestia made everything so easy ! Emily was amazing and very detailed on what my next steps would be and what to expect ! Any time I had a question Emily was very responsive. Not to mention they made you feel like family. They made sure to get exactly what I was owed and deserved. I’m am very satisfied with my experience . I will definitely be using this law office for any of my accidents in the future.

Yes, this is go to office. I was never in a car accident which I didn't have any clue how this process work. They really help me the entire way with the Chiropractor appointments, CAT scan and etc. Staff is amazing !!! They took care of everything.

They are an amazing law firm. I came though then after having a terrible lawyer and they got me right. Walked me through every step communicated with me about everything and made sure I felt secure with every decision I made! Love them!

So I had an accident back in October 28,2023. I was 24 weeks pregnant at the time. And had my baby due to this accident. They did not let my adjuster know About my child let alone did the try to fight for me. They basically told me to settle because they didn’t want to go to litigation This company tried to low ball and didn’t collect all the bills for my case. I honestly don’t recommend them at all. They do not communicate. They are slow at everything and the lawyer himself is sleezy and doesn’t care about his clients. He is only out for money. I had to fire them and hire a different attorney to handle my case and get me the correct amount. DO NOT UTILIZE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY THING. THEY WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOU.

The staff are very knowledgeable about my rights. From beginning to end, they were super responsive and made sure that my needs were met. I appreciated that they respected me and my concerns. I feel, they certainly cared about making sure all my needs were met and that my case was resolved to my satisfaction.
