After a wreck involving an eighteen wheeler, I reached out to this firm. My accident happened in 2019. I was rushed to close my case and the firm received their payment. It’s 2022 and my medical bills have not been resolved as they have been holding the funds and I’ve received collection notices. My daughter was involved in the accident as well and her case has yet to be closed. For some odd reason, some of her bills were mixed in with mine. I’ve reached out to have Richard or the office person in charge contact me and I have yet to receive a call from either. I would not recommend this firm if you want someone to take time and not rush you to accept an offer and be done with once the firm has received their payment. If I had know we’d be here nearly three years, I would have chose a different firm. When asking for updates, I’ve gotten words but have not been shown what is being done to resolve this case. I do not recommend this law firm. UPDATE: 03/2022 I was given a call that my funds were available to pick up shortly after this post and that my bills were still not resolved. I mentioned I’d do some calling around because something just didn’t sit right with me and I was told I can call whomever I please in a very nasty tone. I fail to mention names but the experience I have had has been awful. I do understand that being passed someone else’s mistake can be a bit overwhelming. However, each case deserves the same dedication. And when you are dealing with customers, please remember to always be kind, even if you are frustrated. Paying customers are just as frustrated when collection notices are being sent due to billing mix ups and all they want is the issue resolved as they have hired the firm to do.

Going on year 2 of my case. I never get updates and feel like they don't care if I ever get the justice I deserve. I guess my case just didn't command the big bucks they're used to. Every time I call they are missing one form or receipt. I've had to collect what's needed and it's still not enough. I just want this done. *Update: I have been dismissed from their representation. It is likely related to this post as well as the fact that my case is small time for them. If you want help, you won't get it from this office.*
