Most unprofessional business I ever dealt with. How you set me up for a consultation, I call a hour before the consultation confirming it…. Call back for my consultation no one is available like what make it make sense you should’ve told me that from the get go you can’t support everyone ????????????business goes both ways DONT RECOMMEND DONT SHARE ANY PERSONAL BUSINESS WITH THEM
I wouldn’t recommend working with Brandi!! I paid her last year June to work on my custody case she really didn’t put no work in at all, barely even spoke with her times I needed her I couldn’t get in touch with her it’s been months and yesterday she decided she wanted to drop my case as soon as things got HOT right in the middle of my case. WILL NOT RECOMMEND
Attorney Brandi Thomas is awesome at her job much appreciated for all what she does. Highly recommend her again.
This law firm is the pits, the people working there and answering the phone is very ghetto, rude, unprofessional and they are all about the money!! They are not in the business of helping people they are in the business of making money with very little work. The attorneys are never available and they act as if they hate for you to call them, unless they think you got some big money or have some type of status!! Very Bad choice, garbage, money hungry, they only want to look good on the outside to draw people and if you do not have some type of status in society they treat you like dirt.
I’ve only had to have one defense attorney in my life, so I don’t have much to compare to, but Mutaqee Akbar exceeded all of my expectations and then some. Despite the judge and state doing their best to conspire to stack the deck against him, his knowledge and skills in court allowed him to overcome those odds and prove my innocence on a serious charge. He showed great poise in the courtroom and a thoroughness that proved to be quite the obstacle for the prosecution. Although court is far more boring than that what we see on TV, Mr. Akbar gave a powerful and eloquent closing argument that truly felt like something pulled from the screen, as well as leaving the prosecutor scrambling to pick up the shattered pieces of her closing argument. If it were not for Mr. Akbar I have no doubt that I would be in prison for the next 10 years. Although I hope to never again need the services of a criminal defense attorney, I would not hesitate a moment to call Mr. Akbar again. Thank you Mr. Akbar and his team for all of their hard work in keeping me home safe.
