Mrs. Nancy Boler represented me in front of the court for my divorce case with a child. I think 1 star is generous. Nancy claims she cares about you and your situation but her work load conflicts that and you are simply just a number to her. I could only talk or text her after hours and I had to pop up at the office to get an answer and 9/10 times me showing up to the office was the only reason I got an answer or actually initiated progress being made. I waited 2 years for a ZOOM CALL and got nowhere. The first meeting with the AG I had to talk bc Nancy started talking about her grandson instead of pleading my case, so I stepped in and had to take over and talk for myself! Nancy tried to have the meeting while she was in the car but the judge made her wait until she finally made it to the office. Nancy is a wreck due to her workload. I hired Nancy for custody and she talked to my child's mother way more than she talked to me. Very bad communication. I never knew what was going on! When I asked her why things arent done, she always blamed it on her assistant. It seems that if Nancy even thinks about you she is going to charge you for that too. It's crazy I did not expect this type of service after reading about her. I will be moving forward as necessary. What a waste of 3k!!!!

Nancy truly separates her self from several other attorneys I have spoken to. She not only has taken time after hours to speak to me on multiple occasions but she truly works towards the best interest of every party involved & her compassion to help you is like something I have never came across before in a lawyer. One of the few honest lawyers around {ha ha I know it sounds like an oxymoron ;-), but it is true, in my opinion}. She tells you as is, the real facts, without sugar coating anything, that is what I like about her. I had engaged Nancy for my Divorce proceedings and believe me; it was well worth it. She looks out for you, and only you, her "Client". I recently called her up to get some guidance and advice with regards to ceasing child support payments. She promptly answered my phone call and gave me a detailed explanation as to what I would need to do. She could have very well ignored my call and asked her assistant to call me and set up a formal appointment with underlying fees etc., but she did not do that, because I feel she values her former clients. Frankly I was shocked!! to see some reviewers giving her only one star!!, well as they say there are 2 sides to a coin, I am pretty sure Nancy’s side is the right one. P.S. She is sharp as tack and has good diction and vocabulary. I enjoy my conversations with her. A true hard working, professional in her field, on whom you can rely on.

I first met Nancy a couple of years ago. I read her reviews and immediately I knew I wanted her to be the one to represent me and my daughters.
