I originally gave a 5 star, but downgrading to 1. Communication is now non-existent. Never got a call back after the initial call to discuss a lump sum payment. I understand that there's interest you want, but to not call someone back after you said that you would is not good business. So happy to be on my last payment. Disappointed with the service I've received.

No communication. When I first started working with them 2 years ago a human answered the phone when I called. Now it's all automation and a website. They blindsided me and were not honest about repercussions of non payment. Also some of these laws in TN need to change. They harm the poor.

Have tried to make multiple payments with these people and refused my debit card because “they don’t accept it”. Guess they don’t want the money that’s owed, tried another debit card and had the audacity to send the money back and not accept it, and now choose to garnish my wages instead of just taking the direct payment I had sent. Trying to rip people off for as much as they can!

These absolute pine cones sought to garnish my wages for a debt that had already been settled. I sincerely do not know how people like this sleep at night, or how they convince themselves that what they are doing is at all honorable.

We were summons to court for an old debt that they had bought. We set up payment arrangements and defaulted due to the fact I was in intensive care and unable to call in a payment. They do not call you if you miss or send a letter. Then a few weeks later they levied my bank account. I have been calling for over 8 weeks and taking screen shots of every call I make to them. They do not answer the phone and do not return phone calls. I have stopped putting money in my bank account until this is resolved. I feel this company is unethical due to the fact of not returning calls. I do not dispute the fact that I have a bad debt and I am willing to pay. I have even logged into their website and made a payment since then and they sent it back and would not accept it. This is crazy.
