Nick is an excellent attroeny. He is very professional and provided me excellent advice on a dispute i had with my previous landloard. His strategy was excellent and his knowledge on the subject under dispute is vast. Very prompt in communication through email and we talked multiple times over the phone as well. He had communicated in advacnce about the charges which may incur in future and also suggest, what i can do to cut down on the total expenses. Based on his 15 year experience as a Real Estate attorney, I felt that he would be qualified to take my case. On May 13th I reached out to Mr. Felzen’s office for legal advice on my Property Deed. The first red flag, he answered the company phone! I found that a bit unusual for an attorney but nonetheless I told him why I was calling, he asked for my name and telephone number and said “I will call you back today”. To this day he never called!!! The reviewers here with less than a handful of reviews under their belt describe him as brilliant, professional, exceptional and responsive. These people cannot be taken seriously! This is very unprofessional and irresponsible way to conduct a business.
