Law Office Of Nicole Radakovich

Reviews

It's been approximately five years since I've seen my children. Nicole Radakovich was an ad-litem attorney for my two boys (this means she represented my children's best interests and both parents had their own attorneys). I waited this long to write a review because I wanted to be objective for parents seeking an honest opinion of Nicole Radovich's ability as an attorney. First and foremost, I never felt like my involvement in my children's lives was a priority for Nicole Radakovich. After a long-drawn-out custody battle in several counties, I remember the final straw occurred while I was in nursing school in Northern California. To see my children, I was required to drive to Southern California every other weekend, And that was with the understanding that I was under supervised visitation, which I had to pay for. Keep in mind that I had been accused of everything under the sun at this point, and child welfare services were involved. Yet, I continued as always to be a law-abiding, tax-paying, and child support-providing citizen. This was the point of no return for me. With the wild baseless accusations and functional blockade of visitation (created by my children's attorney), I could not foresee ever being an active parent for my children. I felt the best option for them was to pay child support and walk away. This was after years of me slowly losing custody via various false accusations. Every day, I think of my boys and how poisoned their view of me must be. But, on the other hand, I prevented them from suffering any more custodial conflict, stress, and further trauma caused by the court system and child welfare services involvement. Looking back, it was my best and only ethical option. I never once felt that my children's ad-litem attorney saw my involvement in their life as a priority. Mom always took precedence. Now, maybe this was an isolated case, but based on the verbal acknowledgment of other attorneys in the area Nicole Radakovich has difficulty with bias. This is unfortunate because I wanted to be a dad to my children. I never knew that being a father was a privilege and not a right. I do now. I hope this review helps other parents who seek representation with their children's best interest in mind.
