I’m almost certain that they will post on this comment that I am not a client even tho I’m paying them way too much money monthly for something that wasn’t in my control. But I’m definitely having the same issues as all the other reviewers. They are extremely rude. All of them. One girl told me well I’m not the one who owes money. Great way to make someone feel, not knowing their situation. I would never recommend this law office to anyone ever in life. 0 stars!! Can’t wait til I’m finished with this piss poor attitude having company. I have never in my entire life been treated so horribly!! Every single time I call. Never fails. I second all negative remarks.

I wish I could put no star but that is not an option. The lady that picks up phone name Stephanie, she is very rude. When you ask her a question she gives you so much attitude. She tries to even rush you off the phone by speak so fast that you don’t even understand what she is really saying. If she takes her time to speak than I would not have had any questions. She claims she is the only one that you can speak to.
