Attorney Patrick Gioia represented me in a case where someone was trying to vacate an order that was properly put in place by the courts. He was very accessible, detailed and knowledgeable on what was required of us. In the end, the request was denied and the order affirmed. Pat is an amazing attorney that I would highly recommend if you are looking for the best outcome. I have never been involved in legal matters in the first 30 years of my life (and I imagined I would never be as long as I abide by the law), but recently I happened to get involved in two complicated legal cases due to interactions with some horrible people. I was very comfortable with Pat, since he always responded to my issues or questions immediately when he could, or at least within hours when he could not do so. Pat is also an attorney who goes incredibly above and beyond to fight for your case. While he was helping us with our case, I figured he often went beyond spending several extra hours to days, out of his own will, trying to further improve the quality of the preparation for our case. He never charged us for the extra time he spent. He is also very reasonable with the price of his service. I would highly recommend retaining Pat if you are in need of help. Even if you are not currently involved in a legal matter, I personally think it is a good idea to have the contact information of a good attorney like Pat just in case, since you may not have enough time to search for a good attorney when you need help suddenly and unexpectedly.

After everything seemed against me, Patrick was able to prove my innocence and gave me a future. He believed in me from the first moment, he treated me with dignity and worked on my case endlessly.
