Mr. Vasilion was appointed to my case to represent my minor daughter. We had many ups and downs during multiple years and mistakes were made here and there. This of course is what happens everyday in every field. This is also why I had to be very diligent and work hard also as anyone seeking help needs to do. They must work hard and do what they can to learn the process in court etc. and communicate regularly. He was straightforward and professional on all occasions. I represented myself for years and we experienced COVID-19 so there were many obstacles. Mr. Peter Vasilion did a great job of trying to put my daughter's best interest first and foremost in a very difficult role he had and continues to have. Child appointed attorneys really have little to no idea what's really going on at the homes involving their clients. He did a great job of trying to learn more in a very backlogged and I think obsolete Family court system. My case's duration was unusually long so Mr. Vasilion was able to learn more and then use his experience and expertise to help put my case to rest just recently. I highly recommend Mr. Peter Vasilion!

Peter P. Vasilion he's a worthless lawyer I was in CPS Court for something that I completely had no partay in and something he knew I was innocent of and he still failed to help me get my daughter he failed the fight for a DNA test so to this my daughter's been in the system for 3 years since she was the age 5 I cannot see my daughter until she's 18 because of this lawyer he did nothing he brought nothing up when people were put on the stand he said nothing he read things off of a book instead of reading actual facts of the case so therefore I am going to parte and suing Mr Peter for professional malpractice, he refused to inform me of any emotions that could be served within the correct ample time to get DNA test to fight for my daughter he did nothing he never once called me he never once came and visited me he never once wanted to see me nothing I highly do not recommend this guy I'm sure you're going to get some people that say he's great great that's fine fine and dandy. But in my situation he's worthless and by taking my daughter away from me I sure will be coming after you and suing you in the court of law you bet that believe I will I'll be seeing you soon! I was also unfounded for anything against me I have the paperwork again thank you for causing my daughter for having a father in her life I should have known you were a joke the minute I met you I said that when I left actually to my father that you were a joke but I gave you the benefit of the doubt I even had surveillance that I offered to give him in hand to hand that I brought and he told me no you're worthless and again I will be seeing you in court I'm going to sue you for every penny you have and I'm going to make sure you get disbarred because my sister was there with her lawyer and he also said that you did absolutely nothing to help the case whatsoever

Avoid this attorney at all costs !!! This gentleman was a court appointed attorney I had in a family court proceeding. He has 750 family court cases under his belt but not 1 good review that pertains to his baffling family court expertise. If I could give 0 stars I would. He's Greek, Im Greek, we both go to the same church and take my word for it he 100% panders to the system. I had a slam dunk case which he didnt allow me to disclose any evidence because he claimed he didnt feel like it. He turned his back on my severely disabled child. I witnessed her mother commit perjury on several occasions which couldve been easily discredited. He told me to go F myself because I wouldnt sign over the rights to my children. Caught him lying to me on several occasions. He should be disbarred. He's a disgrace to all lawyers and all Greek people. He will sabotage your own case. Dont retain him even if hes free. He's not worth it. He has no integrity and no empathy for his clients. He's the bottom of the barrel. Save yourself the hassle. *** Update*** This imbecile is running for Erie County Family Court Judge. He's a SNAKE and in La La land. He wants good hard working honest people to donate to him like he's some trophy wife. This review is the only donation hes getting from me. FREE of charge no insurance necessary. He's worthless. He's no where near qualified or competent to fill that position. A Judge is supposed to be an open minded, fair, intellectual, empathetic and honest righteous person. He's neither of those things. He's got a lot of dirt on his hands. He makes Crack addicts, Heroin addicts, Thieves and career criminals look like great people. He isnt going to Heaven hes burning in Hell. When he's dead and gone the world will be a safer place. He won't be able to harm anymore children. He could care less about children. He has absolutely no clue on what the best interest of a child is or would be. He's incompetent for the position on so many despicable levels. It's going to be nice when Kara mops the floor with him. I highly recommend Peter Vasilion as a defence attorney. I hired Peter to help me with a difficult situation, and was very pleased with the outcome. His advice was very honest. Most impressive was that he did not lead me with false hopes into paying more for his services than absolutely necessary. Peter is well connected within the law community, personable, and effective.
