Polly was an amazing lifeline during a very difficult and painful time. I STRONGLY recommend her for any divorce! Not only did she help us come to terms that we were both happy with, but she helped us learn to communicate with each other better, as we move forward working together as co parents. She has all of the connections, knowledge, expertise and people skills necessary to give you the best possible outcome. I have every intention of using her for my estate planning too, once the divorce is finalized.

She showed more than professionalism, but she also provided me with advice outside of estate planning. She is one person I hope to be able to do business with. I was looking for an attorney who was not only professional, but understanding with the human element related to these processes. Polly and her team provided both. Polly's assistant, Kathy, put me at ease during my first phone conversation and visit to their office in Worcester.

I'm astonished at the positive reviews I've seen regarding Polly Tatum as our experience could not have been worse. Polly demanded huge fees upfront on two legal matters. One she handled incompetently, like filing the wrong forms forcing us to redo everything. She flat out said it would be a "slam dunk" and a "rubber stamp". We're still unresolved almost a year later. The other matter she neglected entirely. Not one draft written, nothing done whatsoever for nearly a year, despite repeated calls to move this along. She refuses to refund the exorbitant fees for that matter and now we don't even trust her to do the work correctly, if she ever does it, which seems increasingly unlikely. We're RUNNING not walking away from this horrible, greedy, and incompetent attorney!nnUpdate:nRather than contact me personally, Polly resorted to a Google review reply. This is exactly the type of unprofessionalism we've learned to expect, however frustrating it is from a "professional" lawyer. She's far more concerned with her public image than genuinely working on this situation with clients who paid her upfront. nShe has lied to us so many times that we've had to insist that all communications be email, so they can be documented. This resulted in basically never hearing from her again. She talks a GREAT game, like a used car salesman, but there isn't truth or integrity in a word of it. I'm beyond disappointed by the horrible stress her unprofessionalism has added to what should have been a JOYFUL legal matter.
