Law Office of Progressive Insurance

We have been with progressive for awhile, paid in full each time, no issues on our end with driving. Pay for full coverage and they will find ANY reason to deny coverage when something happens. Our car was stolen and they trashed it. Coverage flat out denied! They are also incredibly inconsiderate, they wait to call and infoem us of this at 4:55pm on a FRIDAY. They do this on purpose. We are livid and exploring all options to pushback including talking to our lawyer.

Progressive which was the other parties insurance, took ownership of my daughter’s accident, assigned a claim number and rented her a car while the car was getting repaired. The. Came back and told her that they couldn’t determine whose fault even the police report faulted their client. So now we have to go to my daughters insurance and let them fight Progressive. I would never have Progressive nor would I recommend. Their employees were just rude.

Please please please, don’t do business with this company. I got into accident and they are treating me like criminal and poor customer service ever experienced in my life. It’s the worse insurance company I have ever encountered!!!!

Was in an accident 10 /11/23 it was the other driver's fault clearly come to find out a month later the other driver didn't have any insurance her insurance was canceled 5 days prior to the accident I have Progressive as my insurance so I turned to them they paid for my truck paid no deductible and had it settled within two weeks the adjuster I dealt with his name was Dave don't know his last name but I would tell you he was very professional and prompt on his duties what he did in 2 weeks nobody else could do in 3 months this is the first time I've ever had to turn a claim in and I must say it started out rough and bad but thanks to Progressive it turned out just fine thanks Dave

Their report says I was not at fault. But when it was turned into LexisNexis shows me at fault. Thanks for the last year and half you have caused me to pay more in my premiums. Then make me fix it myself. Having to spend hours on the phone for your mistakes and you not own up to it or reimburse me.
