Leased for 5 years with SCOTT BROWN.. THEY WERE AWESOME... Then "OGH Commercial takes over.. what a nightmare! 7 years never missed a payment.even paid thru Covid. in the last 12 months the AC has been out over 34 days now, office flooded, elevator out for 2 weeks. OGH is a disaster!..I asked for rent relief.. I get ignored... Today.. 2 inch ROACH.. top off the day. Please do not EVER sign a Lease with this company you will be SORRY!
