This is my honest opinion and personal experience this law firm is number 1 everyone in this office is so genuine carrying honest helping and all of the above of what you would say is exceptional I’m not sugar coating one word. It’s all about you when you walk into this office they made me feel like I was family being taken care of not a stranger. Rebecca is an amazing person and lawyer along with her staff that she has picked to be in her law firm. I thank every single person at Talmud law for everything and supporting me. There are so many more words I can say of my wonderful experience and the feeling and vibes this law firm gives but I will end here so if you need a lawyer please take my word and don’t hesitate to call TALMUD LAW!!!!

I shall utilize the 1st Amendment to put forth a truthful review. The review is based on 100% Factual information. Beware this attorney in family court. I have court orders that state any and all information be accessable to this attorney that represents 2 children who are not fit to be making their own decisions. This attorney only speaks to the children when with the great grandparents showing bias for the Great Grandparents who under "color of law" are "legally" getting away with kidnapping children. Not once has this attorney sought out to speak to the children while in the care of myself, knowing that she would infact find that the children have been coersed into saying things that are not true. All of which can be proven if she exercised law in an unbiased fashion and truly wanted what is in the best interest of the children. Which in this particular case, is a violation of the 14th Amendment per US Supreme Court decisions. There has been no evidence or proof otherwise that would declare me unfit to be a father and have my children residing with me, which violates the ruling by the US Supreme Court that no state agency, officer, etc can infringe upon the rights of a parent. So if you are a father fighting for your rights to regain custody of your children, be aware of what this attorney will do. I will happily assist in the procurement of the 37 Page document recieved in Feb of 2019 by the US supreme Court for anyone who needs it.

Fantastic adoption attorney! We retained Ms. Talmud to support our foster to adoption process through Erie County Family Court. It was a very complex and contentious case and we needed someone who could navigate family court adeptly while fighting for the best interests of our family. Rebecca made us feel comfortable from the beginning with her knowledge of the system, the court, and the players involved. She knew when to push and when to hold back both with other attorneys and in court to achieve the best outcomes. Rebecca gave us very good advice in how to manage throughout the process, was supportive in our (many) frustrations, and was also candid with us on where we needed to compromise in order to move forward to the ultimate goal of being able to adopt our children. She was open and frank about what was going on which we appreciated greatly in a situation where we had so often been in the dark. She brought us successfully to the adoption of our two beautiful children which before her support we were not sure was going to be able to happen. I strongly recommend her!!
