I am a broker and realtor in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and I have dealt with maybe somewhere between 30 and 50 attorneys while trying to complete real estate deals. I learned a long time ago that culture, climate and camaraderie come from the top down, and that is definitely the case with the law office of Attorney Richard Shea.
