I briefly spoke with a very un-informed woman on the phone who told me that I could not get a case vacated until 7 years after the case is closed when every attorney I’ve previously spoken with has told me it is actually 5 years after the fees have been paid in full. I then was able to verify this information via RCW 9.96.060. How do you have someone working front desk giving people blatant mis-information. She was also very rude, demeaning and highly unprofessional, I don’t advise anyone seeking advice to call here. ????
