Unlike some other defense attorneys, Mr. Estrada genuinely cares about his clients and will fight tooth and nail against the overzealous and vindictive State to seek justice. His assistant, Marci, is also extremely good at keeping clients in the loop and answering any and all questions they may have during the pendency of the case. If you want an attorney that is not afraid to ruffle feathers in advocating for those overcharged/wrongly accused and not concerned about winning any popularity contests when holding his prosecutor counterparts accountable, Mr. Estrada is the attorney for you!

Mr. Estrada is a very good attorney. He is always committed to his clients, and is highly respected in the court system. He is board certified and is also a Federal Attorney for the Northern District Division and does Martial Law.

Was paid 8000 dollars to not ever meet or make one phone call to his client in 2 years. In 2 years of being on the case he didn't do anything but lie to us and make excuses why he can't visit his client. He washed his wallet and ruined his I.D.? Wow and your supposed to be a good lawyer? When he was paid in cash he was very shady about the deal. Didnt want his secretary to know he was getting paid. He refuses to talk to anyone on the case. We have changed lawyers since and still need our case files and he refuses to do anything. 8000 dollars for what sir? What did you do you besides steal our money? I would try to find someone who is more ethical in the way they practice. Someone who wont be taking your money in the back room and not putting it on the books.

I do believe he needs to retire . Maybe back in the day he was rather well at being a lawyer but not any longer and he allows others to buy him out after making promises. And not making good on them and knowing he could of done far more had he of just done it. My 16 year old nephew was done very un fair and treated very badly . . And he did nothing about it . So unless he does what he says first , I wouldn’t pay him nothing !!!

Mr. Estrada was amazing with my husbands case. The DA would not budge in his decision against my husband. Then Mr Estrada walked in and told hom he was taking the case and all charges were dropped! Definitely 5 starr!!! Kim and Joe Flores
