I’ve been working with Rob and his staff for well over 3 years. In that time, we have gotten to know each other very well. As is the case sometimes with divorce, it is a frustrating emotional roller coaster at times. However, Rob and his staff supported me 100% and still do to this day. My case was complicated and contentious. Rob got me an excellent agreement which I can live with. Rob passionately advocates on behalf of his clients. Rob is a very competent and well-respected attorney amongst his peers. He and his staff, particularly Anna and Valerie, are always available via multiple forms of communication. Robert Venturo could possibly be one of the worst attorneys I have ever had the experience of dealing with. An absolute horror story. One thing you should know immediately is that he is a legal aid attorney in Suffolk County. It is common understanding among attorneys that those that those who participate in legal aid , may not have a strong enough or successful enough practice of their own. You absolutely get what you pay for and in Mr. Venturo you get very little. I personally watched Mr. Venturo get manhandled and obliterated in Suffolk County Family Court. He was regularly unprepared, his arguments were inept and he couldn’t produce a single valid legal argument in the entire time we spent in the courtroom. The judge clearly saw this and awarded opposing counsel their petition as well as additional benefits/rulings which absolutely destroyed his client he was “representing”. Like I said, you get what you pay for. Stay away from this attorney at all costs. You will be throwing your money away as you lose your case. He litigates incredibly poorly, isn’t prepared and was the worst possible representation for his client.

Robert Venturo did an excellent job. Very professional and kind during my difficult time. His paralegal Anna was also excellent. She was responsive, intelligent and went above and beyond. The other staff were great, they helped make the experience as painless as possible. Recommend this office highly! Thank you for all the hard work.

Robert has represented me twice. He won me my cases both times. Robert and his team always responded to me in a timely fashion and didn't nickle and dime my retainer. There aren't enough kind words to be said about Anna his paralegal as well!! I would highly recommend them.
