I am very grateful for Roy & his team for taking my auto case. They took the stress off my hands and made sure I was taken care of. I appreciate their patience & great communication with me. I will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Go to another law firm. It’s been almost two months since they settled my case. I have not heard anything from them or Jessica the case manager, junior lawyer or whatever she is since I agreed to the settlement amount and now she will not return my calls or email. To add insult to injury, Jessica told me I was offered $2000 LESS than the total amount that was actually paid. I’m sending a grievance to the Texas bar if I do not hear from her or anyone in that office by next week. Also, I sent her my ER bills because she stated that they were going to pay them. They never did and now all my ER bills are in collections.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. For starters , communication is terrible. I worked with them 6 months for my auto injury claim & I’ve barely heard from them. You cannot reach them in the office because the call center picks up and doesn’t relay the messages. While explaining my frustration about miscommunication, Jessica the case manager, was very much rude!!!! I had to come to the office 30mins away from my home to get some type of resolution. Run don’t walk!!

Roy and his team are great to work with and helped get all my medical costs covered so I didn’t have any out of pocket charges. The process took ~9 months to complete and the ONLY time I spoke or saw Roy was when he handed me the settlement check. His office team is busy with clients and the phone constantly rings - so they’re busy. I had a negative experience initially based on the reviews, but once he settled my claim, I WAS MORE THAN SATISFIED. Roy works in the background and although there may not be much communication, he was working my case. Shout out to his office team as they were very pleasant to work with and friendly. Highly recommend Roy and his team!

They do not communicate at all and never call you back they always have an answer service machine picking up they never returned your call you can never get any information on your case I've been dealing with them for almost going on 8 to 9 months I would not recommend anybody to do business with them.
