I generally do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent attempt to schedule a consultation. I initially contacted the West Chester office on April 15th to arrange a consultation and was advised that I would be contacted by April 16th to speak with an attorney. After not receiving any communication, I followed up in the afternoon of April 16th. At that time on the April 16th telephone call, I was informed by the receptionist that their firm is not currently accepting new family law clients (something that should have already been on record and disclosed during my initial contact April 15th). It is extremely disappointing that I was not contacted to be notified of this sooner—particularly when I was told to expect a follow-up within 24 hours. Given the time-sensitive nature of my case, this lack of communication was both unprofessional and unacceptable. Furthermore, I found the response I received to be dismissive, lacking any acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.

Did a great job handling the case, second time utilizing this firm. Kept in communication, well informed and quickly resolved with a positive outcome. Would highly recommend.
