Sars rich is a thief I paid her $5000. To clear up a felony off my record over 2 years ago and she still to this day has helped me she doesn't return my call I leave mess she doesn't respond I'm gonna have to file a complaint with the better business bureau

she made alot of errors and mishandled my mother's case she added false information into my mother's declaration and sent everything to uscis without reviewing with my mother in the first place which it lead to denial of my mother's case

6years ago- Great experience, my questions were always answered, the whole porcess to get a green card through marriage took less than 6 months. I need to come back and edit 2024 The first time we hired her everything went amazing. Now it seems like she has given up on her immigration cases. There is no communication. After 3 years we finally received the appointment for Juarez. We need to update document and she does not return calls or emails. During this very stressful time we are left alone. We paid at the beginning and now we are trying to do our cases by ourselves.

Sarah Rich handled a citizenship case for my husband who unfortunately had a criminal history. It took some fighting on her end, but every step of the way she kept telling us everything would be o.k. and kept us informed through out the whole process. We are very thankful to her for all her services, very professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of immigration services. She is very unprofessional, she seemed to have no interest on the case and just in the money, because of her lack of interest she would not try to find alternatives in my sister in laws immigration case, she did not put up a fight. Very lazy and a procrastinator. She would not explain anything and never had updates about the case. I do not recommend spending your money here.
