Very poor communication, he disappeared on me for almost 2 years i figured the case just ended because he never called and updated me. After getting my settlement check he then refuses to release it to me because he wants to take an even bigger cut then what i originally agreed too and signed off on . Scott has an attitude problem and is only out for himself he’s made it a point and has even told me he doesn’t care about me or my family who suffered for almost 4 years. GUYS LIKE THIS ARE WHY LAWYERS GET BAD RAPS! At the end of the day he took my money and ran . He is extremely crooked and i would not go to him unless you want him to drain your bank account dry.

Scott was recommended by family but we have NEVER been so disrespected and ignored. Scott did not help me with my case at all. He took money and did nothing to help me. Once he has some money he completely STOPPED answering calls, stopped returning calls and gave up on the case. I would NEVER. NEVER EVER recommend this selfish garbage human as an attorney.
