I called at 5 minutes before closing time expecting to get answering machine. Instead a worker picked up and answered all my questions courteously. Very helpful.

Horrible customer service. I'm turning 65 and needed to sign up for SS. I've called three different times, After an average of 40 mins on hold per call i got three different representatives and three different answers to the same questions. 8 months later still haven't received my card and im still getting in the mail conflicting information in reference to my benefits. You would think for as long as the Social Security Administration has been around they would have it together by now, no they don't not even close. Totally amazing.

I just called and held for 17 minutes. Every couple minutes I was ringing through and was then being put back on hold. At 17 minutes a recording came on "try back later" and disconnected me. I called back, same thing but at 12 minutes I was just disconnected. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Horrible customer service and very rude employees!!!!! Not helpful at all and keeping it very short and snappy with answers when I asked simple questions. I hated the fact that I had to call more than once made me want to just go to main street which I am because I deserve better.

Absolutely horrid customer service completely disrespectful and absolutely illegal
