Very rude and unprofessional. The woman April (I think it was a woman) would not let me finish my sentence lol. She even disputed that real estate management is work. Hire people who understand that being a receptionist is not the only job considered work!

When I checked my checking account it had a hold on it for the full amount. The amount included my paycheck that just went in and my dads social security check. All my bills were set up to be paid. I called the bank to find out that this company garnished all my money. We had one outstanding debt that our lawyer was handling. Left several messages no one called back. The next morning when we contacted them they realized they made a mistake. We called our lawyer who called them to tell them to immediately correct their mistake. They made sure they took their money we settled with plus charged $125 in court fees. Now I have to pay $100 late fee to my mtg company plus bank fees for returned check. It is now a week later and I still don't have money put back into my account. We have gone all week without picking up dads prescriptions or buying food. Its totally rediculous that we are suffering for their mistake. This company SUCKS. NOT SURE HOW THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT. VERY SAD. They don't even deserve one star

These people are complete dirtballs. They LIE. If you ever have to contact this dumphole by phone make sure your line is recorded as well and remember to inform them your line is recorded to make it legal. I will admit I defaulted on a credit card and these are the maggots collecting the debt, I called them to set up an arrangement to repay. I also asked if I would be allowed to settle for less than owed at a later date when I get a lump sum of cash. The one maggot ( I have his name written down ) said yes that would be allowed. I was told this in December, I called the hellhole today To make my February payment and asked about a settlement again. Today I was told no settlement allowed, pay in full. Here's 2 middle fingers for this dump.

Bunch of dishonest and disgusting people.

This firm will not stop sending people to my residence to harass me about serving the old home owner with papers. I explained that she no longer lives here and that Im the new home owner and they still illegally served and left the notice on my door twice. This is disgusting and embarrassing being a new home owner and people leaving legal notices on your door that have nothing to do with you. It is also highly unprofessional. I called to have them remove me multiple times and no one answers. They need to stop being LAZY and do their research. Next time my lawyers will call them about the harassment because I have audio cameras and you can hear me tell this server multiple times that the woman does not live here and is the old owner.
